We search all available properties in our portfolio and listed on Rightmove to match you to the property which best suits your needs.
We guide you through the complete letting process and arrange viewings six days a week including evening appointments, Monday to Thursday.
As part of out tenant services, we prepare the tenancy agreement in conjunction with our legal services team together with a full property inventory prior to your tenancy.
To help take the stress out of the initial tenancy process, our team contact the utility providers and council tax office on your behalf and prior to your move in date.
During your tenancy, you will have a nominated point of contact at Upsalls to speak to if you have any queries or problems and we arrange regular inspections to ensure your tenancy is running smoothly.
We will arrange a suitable time with you to view the properties that match your criteria.? We offer viewings six days a week including evening appointments, Monday to Thursday.
If you would like to reserve the property and to avoid disappointment please complete this application form to confirm your interest in the property. The property will then be reserved subject to successful references.
Get the Keys!
Once we have qualified your references and you have been successful with your application, we will notify you to arrange a suitable move in date.
On your move in day, we will accompany you to the property where we will take a schedule of the property’s condition (interior and exterior); take a furniture and fittings inventory as applicable for a furnished or unfurnished let and read all utility meters for the latest reading at the start of your tenancy.
Our lettings staff will then notify the respective utility company as well as contacting the local council of your move in date.
